How It Works – The Simple Custom-Printed Ribbon Process
Five steps – that’s all it takes to turn your custom ribbon idea into a reality:
- Select the type of ribbon printing you want and then pick a ribbon style – we have five to choose from.
- Tell us how wide you need to ribbons to be from the four size selections ranging from 0.5 to 1 inch.
- Pick a color from the 23 available or choose multiple colors and tell us the quantity you need for each.
- Upload your artwork and text to our online portal so we know what to print onto your custom ribbons.
- Choose your shipping method, approve your proof, and sit back – we handle the rest from there.

Are your ribbons machine-washable?
Our ribbons are usually made using satin or grosgrain – both machine-washable materials as long as you wash them in cold water.
However, we don’t recommend machine washing for two reasons. First, the rough and tumble nature of machine washing could cause damage to the print on your custom ribbon. Also, the ends of your ribbon could get caught in the machine’s barrel, fraying the edges.
As such, we recommend washing the ribbons by hand using mild detergent and lukewarm water.

What size and colors of ribbon do you carry?
We offer many ribbon sizes – 0.5-, 0.625-, 0.75-, 1-inch and many more, all delivered in 100-yard rolls that you can cut as you see fit.
As for colors, you get your choice of 23 colors that range from light silver to terrific tan. And yes, you can choose multiple colors in a single order. Just tell us the quantity of ribbons you want for each color and we’ll handle the rest in production.

What size should my graphic be?
We recommend that you send the highest resolution image that you have available for any graphical elements you want to add to your custom ribbon with logo. The reason being, it’s easier to shrink a high-resolution image than it is to expand a low-resolution one – the latter can often lead to distortion and pixelation issues.

Absolutely, and you can save upwards of $80, depending on your order size.
For example, ordering a single roll of 1-inch ribbon costs $176.80. But ordering 20 rolls of that same ribbon comes with a per-roll cost of $95.08 – an $81.72 saving per roll. Similar bulk order discounts are available on all of our ribbon sizes, and you can see them in our price chart when you place your order online.
